Bike Hub for iPod touch

i went to use bikehub on my 4th generation iPod touch today, it wouldn't work when i didn't have wireless signal. is this always the case or is there a way around it.

im riding from London to Witney for charity on the 8th october and was hoping to use bikehub. starting to panic abit now!

Hi there

The app is for iPhones and Androids. You can plan on an iPod Touch but you need a phone signal to call down maps as you go along. In 2-3 weeks there will be a map cache feature (not in time for your trip, sorry).
