Tour de France date for Leicester’s Cyclemagic

The Leicester organisation has been asked to promote community cycling, celebrate cycling history and showcase its wide range of alternative bicycles. The host for the half hour show will be Cyclemagic’ co-founder, Roger Lovell.
He said: “We are all very excited about being involved in such a huge event but I must admit to being a little nervous about being on the Tour de France main stage in front of an expected crowd of 100,000 people and media from across the world.”
Colleague Simon Thomas said: “We couldn’t buy the level of publicity we’ll receive, it will be a massive boost to our profile and I’m sure it will significantly increase our business.

“But most of all, we’re going to have great fun, see what happens behind the scenes of the Tour de France and meet some of the top riders.”
